How Does Company Logo Designer Application Process Work?
At Company Logo Designer we are dedicated to producing the the best quality artwork for your project. You can submit a project through our breif application on our contact us page or call one of our consultant team members on our contact us page. Once the application is processed you will recive a call or a confirmation email confirming the next steps in which to purchase your artork. All of our pice information is found under our pricing page.
Once the artwork has been purchased, our team will start working on your project and you our team will get notified and updated on our progress with your requested design. You will then recive your artwork in an email with all of your design files and an receipt of your purchase.
When Will I Recive My Artwork?
You will receive a revision of your artwork within 48 hours of purchase, you can then either accept the artwork or request another revision for our team to adjust the requirements you request. The process should only take a few days but please bear in mind that multiple revisions can take longer.
How Do I Create An Account?
To create an account, click my account on the top menu button, fill in the details below ‘new here? create your account now’ and then click ‘create account’.
How Do I Sign In To My Account?
To sign in to your account, click My Account, enter your email and password into the form provided and then click ‘Sign In’.
Ive Forgotten My Password What Do I Do?
Click My Account, then click ‘I don’t remember my password’. Enter your email into the field and click ‘Reset Password’. We will then send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions.
What Type Of Files Will I Recive?
Once your logo has been finalized and completed you should create a folder containing all the files of the artwork and documents. You should include an .EPS file, .PDF file, .SVG File, .PNG file and a design file (A.I) Adobe Illustrator.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and Paypal
Do You Store Any Card Details?
No, we do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers or databases.
Is VAT Added Into Your Price When I Purchase?
